These conditions have been drawn up on the basis of the provisions of Legislative Decree no. 206 of 6.9.2005 (Consumer Code).

Phase 1 - Receipt and fulfillment of orders

When the order is completed correctly, the system automatically sends a summary email to the customer and a copy to the Bakery St. Paul. In this case it will be possible to change the order by phone with one of our operators or wait for the arrival of the chosen items.

Phase 2 - Shipping by Courier

The outgoing orders are shipped every day from Monday to Friday at 13.00; up to this time, on the day of the order or the following day if the order has been placed in the afternoon, it is possible, if necessary, to make changes (content, payment method and delivery address). It should be noted that in this case the shipment will take an extra day for delivery. From the moment the purchased products are entrusted to the courier, delivery will take place within five working days, on Italian territory and within seven working days, if outside of Italian territory.

Phase 3 - Delivery to the Customer

The delivery of the order takes place throughout the day, so to avoid as much difficulties or delays as possible it is advisable to indicate an address where the delivery can be as safe as possible (place of work, friends, relatives) so that our courier can find someone. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will still leave a notice indicating the telephone number to contact. If the recipient is absent, the courier will try to deliver the goods a second time.
After which, if the delivery does not take place again, the recipient will be contacted by phone; if this attempt also fails, a stock file will be opened. If the recipient finds a non-delivery notice left by the courier, he must take care to follow the instructions on the notice.

Phase 4 - Possible replacement of the goods

In the event that has sent a product other than the one ordered, or the product is damaged in transport or is in any case unusable, to request replacement it is sufficient to write, within 2 (two) working days from receipt of the goods, an email to or call our number +39 389 8884396 indicating:

  • name or code of the wrong product (s)
  • name or code of the product (s) you want to have as a replacement

We will send a courier at our expense to collect the goods and ship the replacement products. In the event that the item is not immediately available, the buyer will be contacted by our staff who will make available a credit corresponding to the value of the goods paid, which can be used for the next order. If the buyer prefers, we will pay the amount by bank transfer to his current account.
Attention : the shipping costs for replacing the goods will be borne by the buyer in the event where the item received matches the one you ordered but wants to replace it anyway. In any case, the goods must be returned intact in all its parts, not used and inserted in its original wrapping. For all other cases provided for by the law, consult the law on the right of withdrawal in the relative paragraph.
