Phase 3 - Delivery to the Customer
The delivery of the order takes place throughout the day, so to avoid as much difficulties or delays as possible it is advisable to indicate an address where the delivery can be as safe as possible (place of work, friends, relatives) so that our courier can find someone. In case of absence of the recipient, the courier will still leave a notice indicating the telephone number to contact. If the recipient is absent, the courier will try to deliver the goods a second time.

Attention : the shipping costs for replacing the goods will be borne by the buyer in the event where the item received matches the one you ordered but wants to replace it anyway. In any case, the goods must be returned intact in all its parts, not used and inserted in its original wrapping.
